A4WP room rate: KRW 242,000 single/double occupancy (excludes service & tax)

Please make your reservations as soon as possible. Rooms sell out quickly. The deadline for hotel reservations is Monday, June 10, 2013.

Worldwide Telephone Reservations
Request the A4WP June 2013 room block to receive the block room rate. Reservations made after the June 10, 2013 cut-off date will be accepted at the group rate based on hotel availability.

MEETING REGISTRATION:
A4WP Members only. Go to meeting registration to register for the meeting.

Meeting Fees:
Sponsors & Full Members (2 days) = $200
Sponsors & Full Members (1 day) = $100
Adopter Members (1 day) = $100

Late registration is $50 extra per day

- Pre-registration (through Tuesday, 18 June 2013)
- Late registration (beginning Wednesday, 19 June 2013)

Online registration will close Tuesday, 18 June, 2013. After June 18, 2013 you can register onsite at the meeting.

You must submit payment information when registering for the meeting in order to secure your registration. To submit payment, click on the "Pay" button after saving your registration record. By submitting credit card information, you will secure your reservation.

REFUND POLICY:
- Cancellations received on or before June 18, 2013: FULL REFUND
- Cancellations received between June 19 and June 24, 2013: 50% REFUND
- Cancellations received after June 24: NO REFUND

CONTRIBUTIONS:
All interested A4WP members are encouraged to prepare contributions and submit them in a timely manner so that due consideration can be given during agenda planning. All contributions should be submitted no later than Monday, June 17, 2013 in order to allow proper time to be allocated for discussion on the agenda. Contributions received after that date may not be discussed in this meeting.

RECEPTION:
There will be an A4WP Reception on Tuesday, June 25 from approximately 5:30 to 7:00 pm following the meeting.
